Well MT as a owner of a few properties myself, until you hold the DEED you don't OWN IT. CGFIA still has a payment to make before they would hold a deed. If CGFIA doesn't make the payment, guess who gets the property? Are you going to say CGFIA OWNS IT STILL? I never heard of anybody who defaults on a mortgage that they own the property. Just ask the millions of people who lost there homes if they OWN the property they got booted out of......
