turk, it used to be traded on the OTC, but the company moved to UK for several reasons...probably most importantly is that in UK, there is not as big an out cry to bann on-line gambling and therefore it would be legal to seek private placement and fundings as well as just plain ol' operate your business without the threats from the gov't.

They are traded on the London Exchange's AIM market, which is either analygous to our OTC or AMEX market (i forget which).
Last week, Mann Financials and Fidelity took a stake in the company, which is a good thing.

today's action was also bullish, it looked like it was topping, but closed the day near the high. it seems to me the best thing would be a bit of a retrace or sideways movement here. that would set it up nicely for the next big move. don't know if that will happen though.

as for financials...well, the WGMGY symbol is now the company's ADR shares, so you won't find much searching for that. have a look at the IR page at www.worldgaming.com. looking at their last QTRly filing, it appears the stated number was 46million shares outstanding...
