That is to say dilution for the purpose of running a scam. Sounds like we have some folks aboard who are very familiar with how the process works. Of course all dilution isn't bad. Many companies issue out preferred stocks as a way of compensation or to gain revenue. That could easily be debated due to the increase of O/S. Which would suggest to me that they aren't broke, they are smart. If you are about to pop, why hand out money when you could do some calculations and attract partners with shares. However I don't believe this is the case as we could make a number of scenarios sound so real. Like all this being dilution due to AFPW running a scam. LOCK AND LOAD.
