i saw that too. my initial reaction is that Kozak's continued presence is a net positive due to the facts that: he knows the benefits of the technology - and any drawbacks - as well or better than anyone, and this means his shares probably won't hit the market immediately because he still has skin in the game(i.e. he has a window to help revive the value of his holdings)...
