I'm about to b*tch again! LOL

Does anyone know if there is still an issue with the DTC compliance? I went on to my Zecco account to set my sell price @ .50 and it said I could not sell this security. Got on with a CSR with Zecco and he said that the company was still DTC ineligible. I told him how can that be if I sold my shares on Scottrade. He then checked with his management and they confirmed that on their DTC report that GDTK is still not in compliance.
