Good...I don't know about that....especially because they won't come out and say exactly what they are doing and why????

I would feel more comfortable with saying that it MAY be an explanation.

Preferably I would just like them to make a statement that doesn't include the words: may, possible, think, hope.

I want to hear: Will, have done, are doing! And then I want to see it in the PPS!
