Clak...seems to me I saw the word "restricted" in one of those emails...which leads me to believe they may be used as possible compensation for the new officers...??? Maybe Jeff is killing two birds with one stone. In a normal buyback I thought the shares went into the treasury
...or they were retired...thus reducing the o/s. All I know is that he's certainly a shareholder friendly CEO...however he's doing it...and that's a good thing. Just one possible scenario to ponder. Hopefully, back before the close...hold down the fort.
