I guess the issue is how those 55MM shares were issued. If they could be sold immediately, then I will bet money that is what we are seeing. That is the only thing that makes sense. Cancel the debt with some shares that could be sold now, they know that would keep the PPS stagnant for them to start buying back. Use the promo and PRs to help sustain any major fluctuations. Q1 will be nice to see, but the pudding will be Q2.
