I talked with John yesterday,

send the information to Doug Evans as well if you have it. John did say that he had ever intention of helping SGCP but he had to make the decision to take the other opportunity, big difference in working for a pay check and working for deferred payment.

John and Doug still remain good friends and will continue to work together through the two companies.

I have a call into Doug as well and I hope to talk with him before he heads back to SL.
