So I suppose that both Wilson and Rocky Mount have grown quite a bit since then. The nearest city of any real size is Raleigh, located perhaps 30-40 miles west of Wilson. And a bit further west are a number of no longer prosperous furniture manufacturing towns. I would imagine there are lots of closed down factories and the like that PHAR could fall in on if they wanted to.
But I don't happen to believe that PHAR ever intends to do any more than the little they are doing right now. It is unfortunate that the once promising PHAR story simply cannot get the job done.
