Don't know who was responsible just stating that the SEC didn't do shareholders any favor by suspending the trading and make it almost impossible to trade
Who exactly did that suspension help? Anyone who was short the stock got a nice present as the company will probably dissolve and they will never have to cover
And from your past comments you seem to come from the "I don't believe naked shorting ever takes place" you really don't need to respond to this post JMO
