is there a service outage on L2/streamer today? I'm working from my phone and I can't get any quotes for level 2 service. it says I am not authorized to receive level 2 and I can't even get a basic quote on any stock. thanks.

Make your own decisions, do your own DD, know why you bought a stock, know why you paid the price you did & know your exit point.
