Others and myself really try to be of help only, because most
of us are victims of misleading and misguiding as from Velatel
& Co. caused and we do this without any financial compensations.
The matters introduced such as also in all butterfly007 postings
as from March 26, 2012 are all facts proved.
I did try to open your like on you posting but it was not possible
because of some technical reason, I otherwise would like to
provide you a detailed direct respond.
However I can confirm you that in one of my postings is the
SEC Investor Protection Hotline published where VELA-Investors
at a daily base call to establish their complains and claims.
Additionally I can confirm that all details are at the special
unite of IC3-FBI as partner of CIA and in cooperation with the
SEC is already handed in, because definitely criminal and
misleading matters exist by Velatel & Co. and NBT’s Tobin
Smith and I try also to provide the intellectual base that the
VELA-Investors from illegal misleading handlings got financial lost,
similar as at the Murdoch ponzi-scam-case, get compensated from
when soon the SEC will go in to clean-up Velatel & Co. to close
and in cooperation with FBI all company or personal properties
of Velatel & Co. members get confiscated.
There are also about US$ 360 millions missing during the last 4
years, mostly without invested into any company assets to present.
Please keep also in mind that at any SEC-filing document, the
SEC not preventive when handed in also controls any content
there in, they based on mutual trust just controlling only if the
right Form for the purpose is applied or not, that’s all and only
when a investigation is initiated then naturally everything will be
controlled including any documents contents, computers, bank-
accounts, etc. everything.
Very regrettably Velatel is not a usual normally hard working and
revenues generating company with much less credits achieving
revenues for monthly payments, as possibly you and me did !
If you feel abused by Velatel call also the SEC Hotline because
as more peoples doing this as stronger the case will be for the
best of every VELA-Investor to establish compensating claims.
