I wanted to see Tivo and TV299 combination trial for a long time, but not anymore based on the result from TV299 and EGFR combination trial. I think Astellas and Daiichi Sankyo should get together, do Tivo and Tivan, two TKIs combination trial. The chance of this to happen is low, but they really should. I gave almost 0 to AVEO's antibody platform now.
