Sooooooooooo much to respond to here today ... not just your post streetpenn but there's some stuph I'd add to it.

I know for a fact that a number of shareholders haver placed the SEC on notice and sent them various documents, emails, etc.,as part of this BK proceeding, which more or less indicate that MP and others are not walking into BK Court with clean hands and that the current bleak financial situation was the result of the inept and fanatical manahement by MP and his henchmen.

I know for a fact that the SEC was "put on notice" when the company was still loch harris -- and was almost immediately given information they hadn't otherwise discovered on their own.

There was no BK proceeding then. It was even way before MP made his presence known, describing himself as an SEC-savvy lawyer. Read: he knew how to fly under the SEC radar.

I know for a fact that the SEC knew that "Dr" Henry Blair didn't even have an undergraduate degree.

I know for a fact that Dr. Zovko, who headed up the RBI where the infamous "spontaneous" elf field tests were conducted, knew about Vlado Valkovic's (sp?) "preferential shares" and was perfectly willing to talk to US authorities about the whole experience, what had gone on. And I know for a fact that the SEC had Dr. Zovko's contact information.

Yet ... with all that information, the SEC did nothing. So why would they now, over ten years later, suddenly be interested in the company? Riddle me that, if you can, because I can't.

If they had pursued LH then, along with the FBI, no one would have even heard of Malcolm Phillips, unless (big "unless") he was actually the person telling Boone et al what to do -- something that has been reasonably (imo) speculated over all these years -- ie, the brains behind the business. If the SEC had discovered that MP was active behind the scenes, then he might have been stopped in his tracks right then.

Wouldn't that have been nice for all the people who swallowed the garbage spewed out by everyone from the Bboys and tommyboy right on through to our very own JB and his primary PR man, edgey/kidinsight/pennyalley. That includes you and anyone else who kept buying into the lie -- those who refused to pay any attention to us spitbashers (one word, but still tm crow).

While I'm at it, what's the story on the chief scientist, the reluctant inventor of elf and every device that followed, the one who was party to the rigged Washington demo? Why isn't the SEC paying any attention to him? Maybe they are, but his name has yet to appear in any court docs -- whether documents or dockets. He's certainly been out of public sight for quite a while as this BK proceeding unfolds. Is he hoping against hope that others will take the full rap for misleading investors and he'll be free to pursue his telescope interests? Who knows; I certainly don't.

I'm not intentionally attacking you, streetpenn, though it probably appears that way. But I'm just thoroughly bored by people who STILL defend ANYONE connected with the company, or who attribute any moral fiber above that of a garden slug to anyone connected with them in any way, past present or yet-to-be future.

The perps should have been prosecuted back when it might have made a difference to decent investors.
