OK --- Did the "current" paperwork a few months back; completed some required legal papers in March; K. Thomas moved to a position in the company involving brand development, which plays into his strength and appoints an interim CEO who has legal, marketing, and management experience. Now a Company name change and new ticker symbol that better reflects the Company itself.

Maybe, I'm hoping, the buildig blocks are being set for future building [merger, product launch, etc]. My patience is exhausted, buy I'm nervously holding--- some Company PRs on some [any] information would help me be less nervous. Go LB ooops FITX!!
