I was curious why Shire withdrew their application. I thought it was a lock for approval with what happened with Genzyme Manufacturing problems.
My memory isn't the greatest but a TKT call from 2003 (I think it was Sheldon's last) shortly after Genzyme got approved and TKT was locked out stands out. I believe it was Jennifer Chow (don't know what happened to her) was basically yelling at Sheldon saying "you lied to us". Has to be one of my top 3 most memorable conference calls.
