I wasn't aware of that term.......as it pertains to what you were referring to!(A perfect 10......I get it now!) But, as it pertains to our PPS, I hope for at least .10 in the forthcoming future in 2012. As for our outstanding/authorized shares: I hope we have plenty left & dilution's not an issue, and many of us indeed own a large percentage of the current float.
