Reading the report correctly helps. Firstly, all symbols cite the date the report was run. Since today is May 2nd, they have a report date of today. Pending means that the symbol is pending removal, not that it's pending compliance on the late/missing document. Visit that report each day. It's run and updated server-side which will update the symbols and their status per the date on the last report run.
