I just had a discussion with John,

because of the relationship between the two companies and the distractions that were becoming aparent John felt it was in the best interest of both companies and Doug and John as well that he resign from SGCP and take the full time job with the other company, Both companies are still in a contract to work together and now John will continue to work with Doug on a peer bassis with both companies realizing a savings.

I wished John great success and he feels that his company and SGCP will truly have a great working relationship as he and Doug get along very well and have a very good working relationship.
