Sorry to disappoint so many. But I am one that is not privileged to have insider information relative to Tivus. I am not signed to an NDA because SP has not shared any information with me that requires an NDA. I question the use of this instrument to gag shareholders, but realize that sometime people slip in what they share and may need to protect themselves and others. It does seem he has shared a lot with a few. Perhaps I would be as positive and willing to defend SP if he shared that type of information with me.
I stayed postive and patient as long as Tivus acted like a responsible, public company. They have not and are not acting like a responsible public company at present. But you are right: I don't know what SP is doing, and who's fault is that, Jwez?
Asking people who have an underwater financial interest in this company to just sell into a loss and not bother you and others is contrary to good investment advice and civil dialogue. I, like others, want to make back my investment. I am surprised that you would ask me to take a loss so you can feel a greater degree of comfort with Tivus. Honestly, I am surprised at this request. Remember, I don't have the information you have. I will be more introspective in my comments, however. I don't wish to irritate or alienate posters, but leave I will not. GLTA. R3
