As you have done in your posts, just posting facts you can never go wrong , you dont have to backtrack or make up things to justify.
As you and many smart investors and great DD people on this board ,and there are many,, all we asked for months ago is for CEO to come before investors and address them and confirm or deny problems that have been documented. Denial we know would be lies.
I for one never would expect to assume to hear all is well, no problems that cant be resolved in time, BECAUSE I EXPECT MANY TO SAY WITH RESPECT CEO, THATS A CROCK OF CRAP.
I would appreciate just the plain truth and status of PHAR. Lay it all on line as to why so much has been fabricated in past and present. JUST the truth
Then go from there. Cant get any worse. Regroup while PPS in down. Reward and rectify shareholders of record pre .01 with dividend so they can get in on re building action. It would take time to recover but if product is viable and marketable, think of the positive impact even WE on this board could have
Admitt to having a viable product but i dont have a damn clue how to MG and conduct business. I need to get someone that is and maybe give up a large percentage of Company.
So many possible scenerios, but complete failure if product is not viable and lies were from the start and now crap has all hit the fan. IM MOST AFRAID THATS THE CASE.
But if all this is just piss poor operation, dont blame shell, and come clean then inform investors ,and include investors in a complete overhaul.
As a show of confidence, go back to a certain date and award/dividend 6month restrictive shares from his titanic load . Could be SP pre penny purchases and then pro rate according to shares purchased. Those not shareholders now would loose out i would think. Dont know how that would work, would be great to work that in.
Just come forward,be a man of integrity, thats all we are asking.
