URGENT: Symbol Change
Regency Resources Inc. (RSRS) has changed their company name to Digital Development Group Corp. and now trades under ticker symbol DIDG!
DIDG is already up almost 9% today on this news!
About two weeks ago, I mentioned to you that Regency Resources Inc. had entered into a Letter of Intent to merge with Digital Development Group Corp. Well, that merger has just been finalized!! Regency Resources (now Digital Development Group Corp.) opened for trading today under symbol DIDG!
This is GREAT news guys!!
This is exactly the news that the company has been waiting for! If you recall, in my first ever email about RSRS, now DIDG, I mentioned that the company was beginning to roll out a $1.5 Million marketing campaign! Well, they can finally start spending big bucks on advertising! Just think about it, would you spend over a million dollars marketing your company if you were going to change the company name in a couple weeks? Of course not! You'd be wasting money!
The recent pull-back in RSRS (DIDG) makes complete sense now! After my initial alert, we saw RSRS explode hitting a high of $1.32 as investors caught word that a $1.5 Million marketing campaign was being put together. Then, we saw a pull back into recent support around the $0.80's. But, why the pull-back?
It all makes sense now, the company hadn't really began its marketing campaign because they were waiting for FINRA/SEC to approve their merger and symbol change! And that has just taken place!!!
Now that Digital Development Group Corp. (DIDG) has finalized its merger and name change, I expect them to really ramp up their marketing spend. Keep a very close eye on DIDG over the next two weeks as we may finally see the results from the $1.5 Million marketing campaign. I'm expecting some great action in DIDG over the next few weeks and will contiue to update you as usual.
