I'm not suppressing anyone's point of view.

Every person on this board has a vested interest, however, it's sad how few people actually have stepped up to be part of the solution.

To each his own.

When one of you starts loaning the company money and donating 30-40 hours a week of their personal time, I'll probably be more sympathetic to the whining :)
