A form T trade is a non-standard market hours transaction either pre or post. I don't know if you noticed but the day preliminary results were announced form T trades were made at .036-.037 before the market opened. There are many reasons these trades take place. The most common is crosstrades between MM's. These form T trades are like the spotting of aliens to most people. What is your issue with the trades?

Could you clarify this for me...this a post I posted yesterday. I gathered this info by calling Etrade (my brokerage) myself

-----------------
Fact regarding .0205 CLOSE.

It was extended hours. Stock is up roughly 5% Extended hours.

If you don't believe me....then call your brokerage yourself.

If you have etrade...go to snapshot of MSLP
on the right above the chart you will see "extended hours" show/hide.
click show.

Then look above the Close at .0195 and you will see the extended hours last price, bid, and ask
