I don't think the submission of the App would be the big news, it would be the approval of the application. Just because you submit it, doesn't give you the green light to do anything until the application is reviewed and they give you the green light to do trial, then after trial, they still have to review the data from the trials. The Big news would be full FDA approval. It is not like a patent pending, you need FULL approval from the FDA before you can sell it as a treatment.
