I am confused. With all the hotels in the continental united states they're tapping into the market of Puerto Rico? Is this a joke?

Am I the only one that finds this to be curious?
Wow I wonder what that will cost the company to fly back and forth to manage this project. I am sure the bill will not be cheap for the help and install group either. I look forward to Shivas response and some clarity of this project. I am growing tired with his vague comments.
