If you read the pr about MMTC that KyMike posted on the board information block you will see $3,200,000 is being raised with convertible debt...... dilution...... shareholder equity destruction.

Take that dollar amount and divide it by the closing price on Monday. That pr then suggests 800,000,000 new shares of MMTC will be sold.

The charts you keep posting show this. The pr in this bulletion board introduction state this. And it is obvious with the in-between volume repeatedly seen in the time and sales reports, L2, etc.
