In your posting you write “ ChinaTel has already tested and

Let explain this also, because its maybe a little confusing.
ChinaTel is not a Chinese Phone Company, it is just the
former name of Velatel as the same company and they
do not have a phone company in China.
Yes it has been tested, but not contract conform after 4
years only at two smaller cities with two small test-units,
instead after 2 years total completion of 4G internet by
real equipment at Sino Crossings 29 cities project.
The Chinese Gov. therefore has taken back the complete
Sino Crossing matter based on Velatel’s lost of “TRUST”
as so very important base in Asia to do business and
partially granted China Telecom a part of 12 cities from.
Beside as preconditions of any Velatel 4G internet application
the 3.5GHz spectrum-license does not exist, because Velatel
did not pay the China Gov. requested US$ 800’000’000.-
Velatel about all this not informing, but instead creating a
new VN Hydrogen Matter for the VELA-Investors by the
Velatel strategy only to concentrate on and this where in
China already about 20 such Fuel-Cell companies exist and
the Chinese world leader in solar+ batterie technology became
the same Electricity Back-Up Power Devise to test also granted
from Chinese Gov.
One of Velatel’s former joint venture partner China Telecom
as also frustrated about Velatel’s do nothing really, has
decided with ZTE as without Velatel to do 4G internet
at 12 cities of former Sino Crossing project and for this
provided a 60% company share to ZTE.
There does not exist any VELA or Velatel equipment,
because all is made or developed by ZTE only and nothing
is from Velatel and Velatel is only exposed to good will of
ZTE as one very small customer of ZTE, nothing more.
At the Aerostrong Co.Ltd. agreement matter, Velatel proved
a criminal act by faking any Aerostrong singing Stamp !
