Sting, I am with you on this one. I dont know how effective or necessary it is to argue the point with the new entery self proclaimed longs that are obviously here to stir the pot (so to speack)

Let them say and do what they will. The reality of the situation is that if we have been taken (which I dont believe is the case) the money is long gone and no self respecting lawyer will touch this case without a large retainer. (by the way, any claim made against the company will surely be the demise of it (if they are crooks, they will run and hide; if legit, they will use up all money defending the suit)) Either way, its a no win proposition.
