The SEC "helping" a BB/Pinky crying about errors in share count??? They will "help" about as much as they have helped with stopping MM's game playing and naked shorting. If they really could help, there would be a line of CEOs around the block at their door.
Has the SEC issued any statements on their view of this? Not a "he said that they said"...

I agree, this will be very interesting and some will make lots of money....Hell, I made some in 5 days and still don't really know why.lol... I may even buy back on the next re-trace....
