This dilution that you all are speaking of would be the definition of a scam. You don't get the info we all have when a company is trying to dilute until it is worthless, or shall I say able to reverse split. Which wouldn't make a bit of sense hear, now that you have signed contracts with the military. I smell shorts knowing they need to cover, and fast.
