The set-up of Velatel’s Tay & Co. is hilarious simple and so brilliant
or perfect that until end of 2011 nearly anybody, including myself,
have been completely fascinated about and as result with a little of
money remaining did buying it.

About brilliant intellect, one need to consider that top criminals are
not stupid, they so smart could easy become rocket-scientist, if they
one day would not have decided to develop its criminal potential,
for without hard working, just relaxed like to earn even more money.
Velatel’s Mr. Tay is a origin Chinese and as Asian they have its
culture and 5000 years history they can be proud of.
Asians they have a FACE to lose and as result to protect themselves
they are the real masters of impression creation to gain advantages
or preserve opportunities. Using this for a criminal orientation and
NY’s Al Capone looks pretty primitive and too obvious to be even
more successful.
Chinese and Japanese have a lot in common by the same roots.
One example of Asian culture everybody may knows “Japanese
