Just listened to the delay... Worth listening to.. He talks about a Major, non-dilutive financing to clean up a currently unattractive balance sheet. Get rid of all the going concern disclaimer on the 10Q..Working to close 2nd Q Major financing..Said we had a few hic-cups along the way delay launches and such which explained the missed targets on revenue.. Presently generating growing revenue for the 1st time. Talked about first telcom carrier in Q2 ( SEE TODAYS 8K)- a major turkish network include spare backups cloud-based backup to customers on a white (private) label basis- both as a component in its warranty plan for new phones and through direct sales to its existing customers.. Listen for your self..
