I sure would have dropped the suit. AMHD would have had to pay an attorney $50k to get Lowell's last 10 cents. He lost everything in bankruptcy, he said so himself.

Apparently there were a whole bunch of companies suing Lowell at that time.

What is promising, is now that Lowell is done with bankruptcy, AMHD could sue him once again, and Lowell cannot file for bankruptcy for 7 years. He cannot hide now.....if he were to actually make enough money worth suing for.
