SIPN SIPP International Industries (PINKSHEETS: SIPN) was among the top gainers today as shares quickly moved to $0.06 from the previous close of $0.025. SIPN recently announced the company obtained a federal vendor number allowing it to bid for government contracts. SIPN traded more than 5 million shares already.
