Perriot, the only thing we've got going here is you are going to be stuck with more shares than anyone else when SP drives this finally and completely into a ditch! NOT ONE THING HE IS DOING FOLLOWS ANY BUSINESS PLAN OR BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT. He can't put one thing in place without $'s, and he seems to keep thinking that selling more and more shares equal INCOME. Someone needs to tell Shiva that selling shares is not the same as running a business. I must confess I have never seen a more clueless business person in all my life. I thought that ST would put him in a better mode, but it looks like ST has no influence upon SP whatsoever. Having not heard anything from ST, it is my opinion that tie is already dissolved. AIMHO. R3
