Not in SNEY's case. The ask is usually a pretty small amount, and a limit order of a million or so is not usually readily available, just because you place a limit order slightly higher than the ask. I have chased the ask from the .005s into the .007s a few times to fill orders. A market order, if it were allowed, would be a very bad strategy. You might end up taking it to $1. LOL
