The DTC chill could be working in favor of the company and the execs to get in at a cheaper price.... allowing as few MMs as possible on it, in turn making this stock easier to control..

If it is the "behind the scenes" reason for the chill then i am all for letting the execs load up, to ride with us.. after all the ride wouldnt happen if it werent for them..

Also the company can buy back cheaper shares..
