Is this data enough for the label to be best in class?

Regarding class, I suspect that you mean the class of sleep drugs that have shown a change in both sleep latency and in total sleep time. Suvorexant will have to be on the market for a while and will have to have a head to head comparison to the best sedative hypnotic agent, likely generic ambien, or lunesta. So, it will be a few years before we know the best of this type of 'class'.

Regarding the orexin receptor dual antagonists, this is the furthest along agent of this type of 'class', which is what is usually meant by 'class'. The next best in this class is the MRK backup compound, IMHO.
