Stopped over at the Megastore in Times Square yesterday during lunch.

The place is undergoing HEAVY construction. Honestly, if they are done by the 2nd it will be a minor miracle.

The staff really does not know about the underlying technology, but this is what I observed:

There are two different places where there can be interaction with consumers - listening stations and preview stations.

The listening stations are simply enough - pictures of a CD, with headphones attached so you know what you are listening to - standard music store stuff here, folks.

The second place is where I see Neo's tech coming into play. There are several kiosks, or viewing stations, currently being constructed. When I was there yesterday afternoon, only the monitors and headphones were in place. I imagine there will be readers put in shortly. Heck, I may even go back today to check. These readers, or scanners, will use the Neo tech, obviously - and hopefully will include the tag line "Powered by PaperClick".

The place is tremendous - 3 floors - music, video, clothing, a cafe - attached to a Loews cineplex.

Also, there is a small area dedicated to Virgin Mobile - I would love to see mention of Neo in this arena as well.

I'll stop by when I can and let you know what I see.
