Yup I get that. The stalking horse bid was 380K, which you quoted in your post. Have you seen finalization of the sale price? I haven't. It was to close last Friday. Like I said I am on cruise control here at this point. I've done all the research I needed to make my investment here. Feel free to post any kind of information you find if you choose to dig deeper.
