just tried to send an email to SNRY via the message section in Bucks' post: It won't even send - just no response when I hit the send button.

So I'll post it here and maybe if they read the board they'll listen:

Dear SNRY / Mr. Fann / Mr. Lev:

I am a shareholder of SNRY. Not sure if you know this, but the stock is currently restricted from trading by certain brokers (who clear through Penson) who will not allow their customers to trade this stock without incurring an additional fee of $400 or more.

This hurts the trading of your stock.

So we are effectively “frozen out” of trading this stock without paying the exorbitant extra fee.

Can you please take the appropriate steps to correct this situation? I don’t see any reason that SNRY should be on this list as it is a fully reporting company.
