infoseeker sometimes when someone has a extremely large lot of shares to sell they show the reserve amount to basically "trick" everyone into thinking the stock could move quickly. If you saw say a million sitting on the ask you would probably think twice of jumping into the stock. Kinda like playing cards. I think it's unfair they are allowed to play that way but they are.
