TLPEQ
TelePlus World Corp. is now a Q stock. The company filed Chapter 11 August 29th, 2004. During the hearing, Xentenial Holdings Limited, an affiliate of YA Global Investments, L.P (collectively "YA"), purchased the position of the First Creditors. Accordingly, YA is now first lien holder of all of the Company's assets. On August 10, 2009, Company dismissed the Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings.
