TLPEQ TelePlus World Corp. is now a Q stock. The company filed Chapter 11 August 29th, 2004. During the hearing, Xentenial Holdings Limited, an affiliate of YA Global Investments, L.P (collectively "YA"), purchased the position of the First Creditors. Accordingly, YA is now first lien holder of all of the Company's assets. On August 10, 2009, Company dismissed the Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings.
On March 8th, 2010, Tom Anderson, the director of investor relations for YA said, "We've been approached by private equity firms looking at some of the positions we have, and oil and gas companies looking at our energy concerns," He also made it very clear that one possibility, that is being very seriously considered, is to re-list these companies."
Who is involved? Marius Sivasan - Current CEO and Chairman of TLPEQ. - President and Director of One Bio Corp (ONBI). In his biography for One's website it reads,
"Mr. Silvasan is a leader and senior executive with over 17 year's experience in business development, mergers and acquisitions, strategic alliances, marketing, sales and finance. Mr. Silvasan has raised capital to fund various acquisitions and assist with organic growth."
