divies in terms of the spinoff shares? That was pushed back and stated as hopefully 2012 Q3 as per public statements. Monetary divies- Draaz, that has always been stated as "maybe in the future", never has been a WILL pay dividends this year or that. Believe his time reference was following "after uplisting"
