So, do my details seem far fetched now that we know they diluted this even further up to 600 millon outstanding shares? So far my only error was using A?S v O/S to calculate market cap. So now the market cap is over $60 million. What has the company done in the last few weeks to deserve its market cap to increase by $20 million dollars? NOTHING.

Remember Economics 101. Supply v Demand. What happens to price when demand stays the same and supply increases?

Supply of shares increased by 33%, demand stayed the same or perhaps even lowered....therefore the stock price will do what?

In order for it to go back to the market cap or $40 million (which was high for a stock with no revenue or assets), the share price will have to go down to about .07 or so.
