At this time I believe SMAA has settled down again about the .04 range as we anticipate this news: "Final negotiations with other leading manufacturers will soon be executed adding millions of dollars to the SMA year-end, balance sheet," stated Mr. Stephens. Thrifty is on-board, who's next!

Feb was approx. .02c to .08c
Then settled down to about .032 in March lots of low volume sell days... then ran to .065 one day later on the 28th.

Now has hovered between .034 to .05

This one continues too have a decent float: Float 46,155,520 a/o Apr 02, 2012 which I've been told hasn't changed.

I personally expected a jump from the .04 range to .075+
The value of their business model, http://www.smaalliance.com/HTML/Services.html is a good one and I also believe part of their proprietary software gives them a leg up on competition.

I have not changed my long term outlook here well above .25c, but this one is also a great short term play4profits.

I would also not trade completely out of this one. If you do, expect too get caught 'out' while the PPS continues too rise.

Again after my conversations with IR, I expect the A/S too drop considerably and yes below 500mil, and up listing soon.

SMA serves as a marketing and advertising vendor to retailers of essential, large ticket items such as Automobiles, Real Estate, and Employment Recruitment. SMA currently is focused on the Automobile industry.

Problem: Each automobile dealer in the U.S. incurs an average advertising and marketing cost of $600 dollars per unit in inventory and retains an average of 15 marketing and advertising vendors to achieve the sale of inventory. The average inventory retention for each unit is 2.5 months.

SMAA is both an excellent play4profits, but also an excellent long-term-hold. As with any stock that was once at $1.10 52wk high, this one was... there's lots of interesting value behind WHY someone would think SMAA is worth that much? Have things changed within their biz model/plan. Or is it that now they are just getting this underway and moving forward?
