If it turns out that they did pay 200 million shares for the clinic, how would you fell about the company? Still fell the same? Now it has nothing to do with your opinion on MMJ as a whole, just on the company and the value of the stock. Like I pointed out before, they have been giving 1 million shares for each $1000 in debt as demonstrated on their financial reports.
