I agree, there aren´t any broken promises yet. But the clock for it is ticking. I would say, latest in the middle of next week, they have a problem. I don´t think it´s manpower btw. They (we) paid for the filings and audits, it´s the work of the auditors and lawyers to make this happen. Simply spoken, they have to deliver the box with the vouchers, to read and to sign. It´s time now but I´m still confident, it will come next week.
